FMP Prep Course Overview
The FMP prep course consists of four comprehensive modules, with approximately 16 hours of instruction dedicated to each module, for a total of 64 instructional hours. Through the program, participants will develop practical skills in facility operations and maintenance, asset management, project planning, financial management and budgeting, leadership and organizational strategy, risk management, business continuity, and communication.

Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Prep Course
The Certified Facility Manager (CFM) is an internationally recognized credential that sets the standard for the knowledge and competency of practicing facility professionals. It is widely regarded as the industry standard in facility management certification and represents a pinnacle achievement in a facility management career.

CFM Prep Course Overview
This course is designed to help experienced facility professionals prepare for the CFM examination through structured review, discussion, practice, and exam preparation strategies. Participants will review IFMA's eleven Facility Management competencies, work through sample exam questions and case studies, strengthen critical thinking and decision-making skills, develop effective exam-taking strategies, and build confidence before sitting for the CFM examination.
Who Should Attend?
To be eligible for the CFM examination, candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
- Option 1: At least 5 years of facility management work experience, with any level of education.
- Option 2: At least 3 years of facility management work experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in facility management.
